Watchmaker is a balanced medium roast with natural notes of toasted walnut, brown sugar, and vanilla. Rich and comforting, it’s an easy-drinking coffee with just the right amount of sweetness. In the highlands of Comayagua, Honduras, this coffee is grown on Cerro Azul farm by the Meirisch family, whose roots in coffee stretch back more than a century. Their story began when Wilfredo Meirisch migrated from Nicaragua in 1900. Four generations later, his descendants continue the family tradition, cultivating coffee with the knowledge, patience, and care passed down through generations. Today, that legacy lives on at Cerro Azul, where the family grows the Lempira variety that becomes Watchmaker.
