Take control of your electric cooling fan with our M18 80°C Radiator Fan Temperature Sensor Switch. Designed to automatically activate your electric radiator fan when the coolant temperature reaches approximately 80°C, this thermal switch provides a simple and reliable way to control your cooling fan without the need for manual switching. Featuring an M18 x 1.5 thread, the switch can be installed into a suitable radiator, thermostat housing, water outlet or adaptor with the correct M18 x 1.5 mounting provision. Ideal for custom cooling systems, classic cars, hot rods, street machines, performance vehicles and engine conversions. Features Automatic electric cooling fan activation Switch ON Temperature: 80°C ±5°C Thread Size: M18 x 1.5 Metal/Copper construction Includes matching 2-pin electrical connector Includes sealing O-ring Suitable for a wide range of electric radiator fan installations Great for 10", 12", 14" and 16" electric fans, as well as dual-fan setups when used with a correctly rated relay circuit Specifications Condition: 100% Brand NewPart Type: Radiator Fan Temperature SwitchMaterial: Metal / CopperColour: NaturalThread: M18 x 1.5Fan ON Temperature: 80°C ±5°CConnection: 2 Pin Package Includes 1 × M18 Radiator Fan Temperature Switch 1 × O-Ring 1 × 2-Pin Connector Plug Important Note This is a temperature-activated switch designed for electric cooling fan control. It should not be confused with a variable-resistance Water Temperature Sensor (WTS) used to operate a dashboard temperature gauge, or an Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor used by an ECU. For higher-current electric fans, we recommend using this temperature switch to trigger a suitably rated relay, rather than powering the fan directly through the switch.
