Named after one of our most local woodland trust owned woods, the Watkins table is clean and contemporary in design, with function and practicality dictating its form. The trestle design allows for flexible seating as no one will ever have to straddle a leg. When not in use all chairs can be tucked fully under the table due to the narrow trestle uprights. The two trestle uprights are joined into top and bottom cross members with pegged mortice and tenons. These two frames are then held firm and in place by a central and top stretcher. The largest size of the Watkins table that we offer in our collections will comfortably seat 12. We love making the Watkins table in British pippy oak with our Gazelle oiled finish. Show more
