The Wave 1 Refresher Sessions are designed to help you revisit the foundational skills from your beginner freediving course while focusing on any requirements you still need to com plete. Whether you're looking for a reset, a confidence boost, or a deeper understanding of core concepts, these sessions provide the structure and support to help you get back on track. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, work through specific challenges, and refine your technique alongside others on a similar journey.
