Kilim rugs are woven rugs, typically made of natural threads with a loose weave of 14 to 16 threads per inch. Because of this, they do not wear remarkably well. Because of the natu ral fibers and the natural dyes used to color the rugs, kilims are typically vibrant earth-toned pieces that work well in many styles. Rather than discard the rug, you can repurpose a section into a decorator pillow. Size: 20” x 20" Pillow cover only. Insert not included. First quality zipper and fabric on the backside. Front side is wool kilim, backside is cotton fabric. Due to the vintage and handmade nature of kilim, there may be minor imperfections, flaws, or signs of wear.
