If you’ve already got some Waving basics down and want to take the style further, or just learn a solid routine, this class is for you. You’ll need to have learnt the Arm Wave befo rehand.In this 35 minute class, we start with a quick warm up - running through arm waves and a few body waves, we then move straight into an 8x8 combo.
