One pound of fresh Wax Beans will yield about 3 cups uncooked or 2 1/2 cups cooked.Wax Beans from Melissa’s are hand-selected for excellent quality. Choose fresh, flexible beans that are slender, bright in color and free of blemishes. Avoid beans with mature seeds and swollen pods.
