Turn Beeswax Into Foundation: OZ Armour Wax Embossing Roller Machine The OZ Armour Wax Embossing Roller Machine is a manual foundation-making machine designed for beekeepers who want to turn beeswax into embossed foundation sheets. The rollers create a consistent honeycomb pattern on plain beeswax, giving bees a structured starting point for comb building. The machine is built for repeated use and includes an adjustment system for controlling the thickness and alignment of the beeswax foundation sheet. It also features a stainless steel knife for automatic edge cutting. Make Your Own Beeswax Foundation Instead of relying entirely on ready-made foundation, this beeswax foundation machine allows beekeepers to process their own beeswax into sheets with an embossed honeycomb pattern. The manual roller system presses the wax between the upper and lower rollers, forming the foundation pattern. This can be particularly useful for beekeepers who regularly recover beeswax from cappings, old comb or other hive work and want to put that wax back into use. Adjustable Sheet Thickness The machine includes M10 × 50 mm adjustment screws that allow the operator to adjust the thickness of the beeswax foundation sheets. The built-in adjuster can also be used to improve the uniformity of the sheet from one side to the other. This adjustment capability gives beekeepers greater control over the finished foundation rather than being limited to a fixed sheet thickness. Built for Repeated Foundation Production The machine is designed for ongoing use and includes several serviceable components. Lubrication points are provided across the shaft sleeves and gears, while the manufacturer recommends regular inspection of the shaft sleeves for wear. A stainless steel knife provides automatic edge cutting, helping produce cleaner foundation sheets after embossing.
