LARGE, INTUITIVE COLOUR LCD SCREEN for easy setup and control Easy machine setup with 15 synergic programs in standard, pulse, and double pulse MIG, manual MIG and spool gun modes Gas/Gasless ready to weld anywhere Superior control on thin materials MIG weld aluminium with confidence DC Lift TIG ready for mild and stainless steel, copper, brass and titanium (optional torch required) ARC (MMA) with optional VRD for added safety Heavy-duty gear driven wire feeder for smooth wire delivery 15amp plug Engineered for performance and versatility, the multi-process pulse MIG is your all-in-one solution for high-quality welding. Designed to handle aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel, and silicone bronze with ease, this machine supports both pulse and double pulse MIG modes for cleaner welds and reduced spatter. Why PULSE MIG? Pulse MIG welding is a high-performance process known for delivering fast, high-quality welds with minimal spatter and excellent visual consistency. It offers superior thermal control compared to conventional MIG welding, making it ideal for applications where heat input must be carefully managed. Although widely recognised for its effectiveness in aluminium welding, Pulse MIG is also highly effective for stainless steel and bronze wires. In many scenarios, it can produce welds that approach TIG-like quality, but with greater speed and productivity. SPECIFICATIONS: Rated Input: 230V Rated Input Plug: 15amp Output Current: 30-200 (MIG), 10-160 (ARC), 10-200 (TIG) Spool Size: 1KG & 5KG Wire Diameter Range: 0.8mm, 0.9mm & 1.0mm Electrode Diameter Range: 2.5mm - 5.0mm Protection Class: IP 21 Dimensions (mm): 495 x 210 x 330 Weight (kg): 12.0 HOW IT WORKS Pulse MIG is a controlled spray-transfer MIG process. Unlike traditional short-circuit MIG, the wire never contacts the weld pool. Instead, the welding current pulses between: • Peak current – pinches and propels a droplet of filler metal into the weld joint. • Background current – maintains the arc at a low enough level to prevent short-circuiting. This cycle happens hundreds of times per second, allowing for precise control over the arc and metal transfer, resulting in cleaner, more consistent welds.
