From grapes grown on the WeatherEye estate, made with an emphasis on the art of blending with freedom to tell a different story each harvest year. Mostly Cabernet Sauvignon and Gre nache with smaller portions Merlot, Tempranillo and Syrah. Milk chocolate notes on the nose alongside rich dark fruits, tobacco leaf and scorched earth notes. The palate is fresh and viscous with a soft mouthfeel and good verve. Crafted to drink now, but give it a short decant to fully appreciate its depth. Show more
