The original work by our dear friend Colleen Choi is watercolor painted over her original photography. We are offering limited edition prints in 3 different sizes. Colleen met this beautiful family of Mayan women in Chiapas Mexico - 2017.She was invited to visit their home in the hills of Chamula, Chiapas, Mexico. Shortly after, they became family — shared hugs, shared breakfast of homemade beans and tortillas on the ground each morning and then they began to teach her the art of weaving....They did not speak a common oral language but through their smiles and hearts they communicated perfectly.
