Webb Ropes manufactures premium Polygrass calf ropes in both 3-strand and 4-strands. The 3 Strand ropes come in sizes 57 and 60 thread. The 57 is the lightest smallest grass rope. The four strand is a 57 also but has more weight and is a little larger than the 57 three strand. Each rope is individually stretched, treated with a proprietary blend, and carefully aged to achieve the ideal feel and performance. They are singed and hand rubbed to remove the burs and then hand tied and finished with a hand sewn rawhide burner.
