Frequently Asked Questions by customers Will this rotisserie kit fit my 22‑inch Weber charcoal grill?Yes — the Weber 2290 is specifically designed to fit 22‑inch Weber charcoal grills (standard kettle‑style). It is not compatible with Weber Smokey Mountain cookers or non‑grill models. What comes included in the rotisserie kit?The kit includes a heavy‑duty electric motor, rotisserie shaft, and two spit forks — everything you need to set up rotisserie cooking on your grill. Can it handle large or heavy foods? This rotisserie is strong enough to rotate whole chickens, ribs, and similar larger cuts of meat, creating self‑basted, evenly cooked results. User feedback highlights good performance on sizable roasts. How do I clean the rotisserie parts? The shaft should be hand‑washed, while the spit forks are dishwasher safe — making cleanup easier after your cook. Does the rotisserie require a counterbalance or special setup? No counterbalance is required due to the design of the motor and spit system, although some users recommend trussing and centering heavier pieces of meat for smooth rotation.
