One hour. Fresh eyes on your website. A clear plan to make it work harder. Got a website but know it’s not quite doing its job? Book me for an hour. Maybe you built it yourself years ago and kept adding bits. Maybe your business has changed but your website hasn’t. Maybe people are visiting but not buying, booking or getting in touch. Or maybe you’ve stared at it for so long you genuinely can’t see what’s wrong with it anymore. That’s where I come in. Before we meet, I’ll look through your website with fresh eyes, not just at whether it looks pretty, but at whether it actually makes sense from a customer’s point of view. Can I immediately tell what you do? Who is it for? What are you selling? How much does it cost? Where do I click? What do you want me to do next? Because your website doesn’t need to be fancy. It needs to be clear. I’ve built and rebuilt websites for my own businesses and worked with small businesses to untangle websites that have become confusing, outdated or simply aren't converting visitors into customers. One of my biggest strengths is seeing the whole customer journey. I’ll spot the things you might not notice because you’re too close to your own business. We can look at your homepage, navigation, products, services, pricing, wording, calls to action, links, email collection, booking process and how easily someone can actually give you their money. No complicated website jargon. No telling you everything needs rebuilding because someone wants to sell you a new website. Just practical, honest advice about what’s working, what isn't and what I would change first. Perfect for you if: You already have a website but know it needs some love. Your business has changed and your website hasn’t caught up. People visit your website but don’t seem to take the next step. You’re not sure whether your homepage clearly explains what you do. Your website has grown into a bit of a muddle. You want to improve your website before spending money rebuilding it. You need someone outside your business to look at it objectively. You want to make it easier for customers to buy, book or contact you. What happens? ✔ A short questionnaire before we meet so I understand your business, customers and what you want your website to achieve. ✔ I’ll review your website before our session and make notes on what I think needs attention. ✔ A focused 60-minute Zoom or phone session where we go through your website together. ✔ We’ll look at your homepage, navigation, customer journey, offers, pricing, calls to action and anything else that could be getting in the way. ✔ Honest feedback and practical suggestions you can actually implement. ✔ A personalised written action plan after our call, prioritising what I think you should change first. Walk away with… A clearer website. A better customer journey. Stronger calls to action. A prioritised list of improvements. Fresh ideas for what your website could be doing. A clear understanding of what to change and why. Confidence that you're sending people somewhere that actually represents your business. You might not need a new website. You might just need someone to show you what isn’t working. After our call, I’ll pull everything together into a personalised action plan so you can start making the changes straight away.
