Art prints from the original acrylic Cut-Out painting of the picturesque corner of Gower and Cochrane Street, downtown St. John’s, with the former Newfoundland Hotel in the very ba ck. Painted live at the Downhome Lifestyle Expo 2012, as a result of a Facebook voting process where the public chose which painting I would create. I was searching for a name for the piece, and the answer came during the Expo when a local photographer said “Hey, you’re painting the wedding corner!” He continued to tell me it is aptly nicknamed for being a famous backdrop for wedding photos.
