This is a listing to cover floral design fees and to save your event date. On receipt of payment, mood boards will be created with flower choice suggestions for approval. Customers can request the boards to be submitted with changes a further 2 times if needed. Further requests for changes will incur a further non refundable design fee. The design fee is fully redeemable against an order of £200 or more from Lytton Rose Botanical. A NOTE ON BUDGETS: We strive to work within your budget wherever possible. However, please keep in mind that costs depend on the flowers you choose, as well as the size and quantity of items ordered and budgets also need to be realistic. Our focus is on quality UK sourced flowers. We are happy to give you a rough idea of whether your vision is doable for the budget before purchase (full quotations can provided once details are firmed up). PLEASE NOTE:While we endeavor to ensure the flowers/foliage approved are the ones used in the final design, there may be rare occasions where items go out of stock due to the seasonal nature of dried flowers. The customer will be fully informed of the need for any substitutions.The nature of dried flowers, means they do have a wild and imperfect appearance, stems are not perfectly straight, and flowers may not be perfect looking, this is part of their charm. If your are booking dried flowers from for an event outside of the UK, customers are responsible for ensuring the items purchased comply with all customs rules of the destination country. We cannot be held responsible for flowers confiscated by the customs offices of the host country. Individual colour settings of monitors and phone screens may vary, so some small and subtle colour variance should be taken into account when approving designs. All wedding orders are subject to our wedding order terms and conditions.Orders will be sent via tracked, insured courier approximately 2 weeks to 10 days ahead of your event if shipping is required. Local orders will be hand delivered around a week before the event.
