Which pushes you in front of the queue and we can get it made in 7 working days. (please add the delivery times on to the processing time to get an accurate day of arrival!)Pre Ordering Wedding Sign PackagesWe do get very busy, so for peace of mind you can BOOK your slot by pre ordering our wedding signage package in advance, whether its 3 - 6 months before or even 1 or 2 years ahead. We will take payment. Book your slot. Changes can be made up to 8 weeks prior your wedding date. You can contact us Monday to Friday 9-5 to ask any questions and check on anything you wish, but we will keep you notified of how it is going. We work closely with couples on a friendly but professional level to create their dream wedding stationery package.When pre-ordering wedding signage bundles we will finalise any name changes / table changes up to 6 weeks before, and aim to ship at least 5 weeks before your wedding.How we work -Unsure of what you want or need? - don't worry you can fill out our questionnaire were we can narrow down the details and we can make recommendations based on the info and give you a price. Please message us on Etsy and we can send it over!If you know exactly what you want then great, Please go ahead with your order, feel free to ask any anything! We would love to help.Once we have received your order, we will start redesigning or personalising your wedding package.Please note the design and fonts are the same as the one in the pictures, If you would like to change designs there is an additional design fee.A completely bespoke service is available if you are interested in having something completely unique and designed from scratch, please let us know!We will send mock ups to confirm if you are happy with the wedding sign package before we proceed with making them.Once you confirm you are 100% happy we will proceed with make them and get them sent out and tracked. We like to allow as much time as possible for sending so we do recommend we get everything signed off so you have 5 weeks before you wedding.We do advise to respond to our messages as soon as you can as late communication can cause delays with the wedding signs package order.Please note we use an express service so you will get your parcel in 2-3 days DHL express.You will have plenty of time to check over your wedding signage order when it arrives.Inketch Info -Returns - Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns on our acrylic wedding sign packages due to them being made to order and containing personalised details. However if you have any problems or concerns regarding your order then please don't hesitate to get in touch.All mirror acrylic comes with PROTECTIVE FILM on to protect them during posting, peel off when ready to use.Mirror is engraved from the back, leaving a transparent engraving which is permanent and will never scratch or fade off.Double check your personalisation message is correct when ordering your wedding signage as our turn around time is fast so may not be able to change this after you have ordered.Everything is made to order, we can not return personalised, custom-made products.
