Contract will include details below, related to change requests, Print Proof and Refunds Detail Submission & Changes Purchase includes initial details submission & three additional individual changes. One change is to one item on the suite (a name, a time, a location etc.) The 4th change and all changes thereafter will require a $15.00 fee per individual change (billed separately before changes are made) Print Proof Requirements Client will be emailed a print proof requiring written approval before print. If errors are found after print proof approval is received, and print has started, no refund will be provided. If the print has not yet started, we will do our best to accommodate last minute changes (an additional fee will be charged, if 3 change limit is exceeded) Not Included Price does not include assembly, postage or mailing - separate quotes can be provided for those services.
