Begin at 2pm at The Station House with a 90-minute Pilates mat class led by Audrey Clarke from Haven Studios, suitable for all levels, focusing on strength, balance, and mindful movement. Then journey to Hot Box Sauna at Bective Mill on the River Boyne for a 45-minute sauna experience in a handcrafted alder wood sauna, with an optional cold dip in the river for a refreshing contrast. Return to The Station House for a 30-minute stretch and decompress session with Audrey, leaving you relaxed, restored, and ready for an evening of fine food and relaxation. Complimentary transport can be arranged to and from the hotel.
