SATURDAY AND SUNDAY 10-4 PM | 2 DAYS | Beginners About the Class This intensive weekend course is a great way to focus on learning how to throw on the potter's wheel. On Saturday morning we work on the basics, practising technique with cylinders. The afternoon is spent improving on this and exploring other forms. The Sunday is spent learning to make handles and trimming down pots, making them your own. The cost of your materials and tools are included in the course price and you will be able to choose your best 8 pots to fire. You have the option of firing more pots for £10 per extra piece. We can glaze them for you in our studio speckled white glaze for you or you can book into one of our glazing classes here, allowing at least 10 days from your course for the first firing.
