I created the Weekly Planning Cards to meet that need. Each set contains 30 ultra-premium planning cards for 7 months of weekly planning. Here's how it works: 1. At the start of each week, grab a card, a cup of coffee, and give yourself five minutes to plan the week ahead. 2. Start by writing down your roles. These could be your actual job roles, professional categories, specific areas of focus in your life, or even major projects you're working on. Here are some examples of roles: Work, Family, CEO, Side hustle, HR Director, Self, Writer, Territory Manager, Engineer, Professor, Doctor, Analyst, etc. 3. Attach 1-2 weekly goals to your roles. This might include long-term goals you're working on, projects, habits you're maintaining, one-time tasks, etc. 4. Keep your Weekly Card with you all week. Slide it in your pocket or purse, or keep it on your desk. The idea is to keep your priorities in plain view wherever you go (a proven way to get them done.) 5. Use the back for notes. If you get an idea, or hear a cool quote, or think of something you need to do the following week—just jot it down on the back of your Weekly Planning Card, which I designed with squared grids to keep extra tasks and notes neat and organized. 6. When the week is up, file away the current week's card + start fresh! How to use the 1-2-5 Daily Productivity Cards Traditional to-do lists get long and overwhelming, which causes procrastination. The 1-2-5 Daily Productivity Cards offer a different approach: Pick one major task, two medium tasks, and five minor tasks to complete each day. It's simple, structured, and astonishingly effective. Here's how to use them to plan a productive day: 1. Each morning, grab a fresh 1-2-5 Productivity Card + plan your day with intention. 2. Write down your 1-2-5 priorities to create a structured, focused game plan for the day ahead. 1 Big Thing = Your most important task of the day. This usually takes an hour or more to do. 2 Medium Things = Two tasks of medium importance. These usually take 30-45 min. p/task to complete. 5 Little Things = Reserved for minor tasks that take 30 minutes or less (like returning a call, ordering something, getting groceries, etc.) 3. Check each task off as you complete it, and let the momentum carry you forward.
