Our Sourdough Sandwich Bread is a square-shaped sandwich loaf baked in a Pullman loaf pan. It’s made with wheat flour, fresh milled red whole wheat, blended oil (olive and soybean) , kosher salt, sourdough culture and a pinch of yeast. It’s soft and light with a uniform crumb and perfect for toast and sandwiches, and immensely kid-friendly. It comes pre-sliced in a plastic bag. Get it weekly with the sandwich bread subscription: Once a week we will bake a loaf of bread just for you and you’ll come pick it up in College Hill when it’s ready on Wednesdays between 3-7pm. You also have the subscriber-only option to add loaves and cookies to your order each week! Once the bread is ready to pick up, we will send you a text message with specific pickup instructions.
