Designed to work with Olympic two-inch plates and compatible with pin-loaded machines whose plate holes are 11mm x 140 mm (0.43" x 5.51"), Vesta's Weight Extender Pin ensures effortless expansion of your training selection. To remove the weight extender pins, first make sure no weight plates are on the pins, then screw them off of each other. Once fully un-screwed from each other, then they can slide out from the weight stack. Included Accessories Double-sided weight pins (YES, you can add weight to both sides!) Specifications Middle Pin Dimensions: 10mm x 140 mm (0.43" x 5.51") measure your weight stack to make sure this will fit! We strongly recommend putting Barbell Collars on either horn, to ensure that the plates can't fall off the horns during/after your workouts, to make sure that you have the safest workouts possible!
