Use a flexible tape or a piece of string you can measure after. (Don’t use pants size). Pick the size where your waist sits near the middle of the range so you can tighten the belt for support. The belt can overlap by up to 10 cm when fastened. Some lifters prefer extra support across the front, which is personal preference. The waist ranges above assume no overlap. If you want overlap, choose a size that provides up to 10 cm more than your measured waist. Need help with sizes? Contact us.We offer 60 day free returns Returns Policy.
