Start by writin g your current weight in the upper left-hand box. Designate each box to be a certain amount of weight (e.g., one pound, 1/2 kilo, etc.) and write each of those weights in subsequent boxes. Then, when you reach the weight written in that box, check it, color it, or sticker it!
