Description This advanced session builds on prior knowledge of W-FM25, W-FM50, W-FM100, and W-FM200 combustion managers, exploring next-generation applications and configurations. Participants will deepen their theoretical understanding and gain extensive hands-on experience with multi-channel burner controls, variable speed drives (VSDs), and low NOx technologies, including 3LN, PLN, and 4LN (FGR)-equipped burners. Training is held in our state-of-the-art facility, equipped with iPads, smart boards, and live, fully functional burner setups. Under the guidance of industry-leading instructors, participants move seamlessly from advanced theory to real-world application in a controlled, hands-on environment. Key Learning Objectives In-depth understanding of low NOx burner design and combustion optimization Commissioning and fine-tuning of PLN, 3LN, and 4LN burner systems Integration and calibration of Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) Operation and configuration of multi-channel control systems Management of dual-fuel systems (gas and oil) Set up, control, and troubleshooting of FGR systems Advanced diagnostic techniques and performance optimization Learning Experience Training is divided into focused classroom sessions and hands-on practical exercises. Participants use iPads and smart boards for interactive instruction, system simulations, and digital diagnostics before applying these concepts directly to live burners in our advanced training lab. This immersive format ensures participants absorb complex information efficiently while developing the skills to apply it confidently in the field. Key Learning Areas Advanced Systems and Configurations Attendees will work directly with: M–PLN with integrated Variable Speed Drive (VSD) WM–Fixed Head 3LN with VSD WK (Dual Block) – Dual-Fuel 3LN with regulating sleeve and VSD WM–Dual-Fuel 4LN with regulating sleeve, VSD, and Flue Gas Recirculation (FGR) (Note: W-FM25 / 50 / 100 / 200 combustion managers are prerequisites covered in the Intermediate Program.)
