Born from Weiss Engineering’s professional mastering heritage, the HELIOS is designed to remove the last layer between your system and the recording—so you hear music with the same tonal balance, precision, and timing trusted in top-tier studios. At its core is an eight-channel, 32-bit D/A converter with four conversion channels paralleled per audio channel, followed by Weiss’ own discrete OP2-BP analog output modules and a high-precision, low-jitter clock—a purist signal path built for transparency, control, and long-term listening satisfaction. HELIOS is also a true “system hub”: connect via AES/EBU, S/PDIF (RCA/Toslink), USB, or network streaming with UPnP/DLNA and Roon Ready support. It functions as a high-end preamp and headphone amplifier, with deep setup and DSP control via a web browser or the included IR remote.
