WEISSWURST- A "white" German Bavarian style pork sausage seasoned with onions, parsley, lemon, nutmeg and cardamom. These sausages are delicious and a favorite on the farm! Fully c ooked, they get their pale "white" color from the pre-cook treatment they receive.
