Weldless Thermometer with 2" Probe The dial measures approximately 3 inches across, with a probe length just over 2 inches (excluding the threaded portion). Supplied with two washe rs, a stainless steel washer, and a securing nut, this thermometer is well-suited for most mashing setups. Installation requires a 20mm hole to accommodate the probe. As a bi-metal thermometer, periodic calibration may be necessary; this is conveniently managed via the reset adjustment screw located on the rear of the unit.
