DAP® Weldwood® Nonflammable Contact Cement is a high solids polychlorprene, waterborne, Low VOC contact adhesive that specifically meets the stringent requirement of the profession al user, offering a 30-40 minute dry time (dependent on temperature and humidity) and 2-1/2-3 hour assembly/working time. It is a very versatile product recommended for bonding decorative laminates, veneers, paper, cork, cloth backed vinyl to itself or bonded to particleboard, medium density fiberboard, drywall, plywood, wood, fabrics and cardboard.
