Weleda - cough elixir org 200ml Weleda's Organic Cough Elixir is a soothing expectorant for the relief of wet and dry coughs, without acting as a suppressant. The ingredients marshmallow, aniseed and sundew act to soothe irritated mucous membranes, relieving tickly coughs; plantain and horehound work as expectorants to break up and eliminate mucus assisting chesty coughs. Suitable for under 12s. Ingredients: Each 5mL contains: Tincture, equiv. fresh juice: Drosera rotundifolia MIS, whole plant 5mg; Decoction, equiv. dry: Althaea officinalis (Marshmallow), root 50mg; Inula helenium (Elecampane), root 100mg; Marrubium vulgare (Horehound), leaf 25mg; Pimpinella anisum (Aniseed), fruit 75mg; Plantago lanceolata, leaf 175mg; Thymus vulgaris, herb 150mg; and Citrus limon (Lemon), fresh fruit juice 300mg; and homoeopathic ingredients: Ipecacuanha, decoct. 1x, 5mg; Pulsatilla vulgaris 3x, 5mg. Contains sugars, including maltose from Malt Extract. Dosage: Take one 5mL teaspoon (child) or two 5mL teaspoons (adult) in warm water up to every two to three hours, or as directed by your health care professional.
