Craft: Knitting. Designer: Ewalina Murach. Wellingborough is a triangular shawl combining stockinette, lace and garter stitches. The shawl starts with a triangle worked in garter s titch. When the triangle is complete, stitches are picked up along the two sides and the rest of the shawl is worked top down, one side at a time. The left and right side of the shawl are worked alternately, on separate needles. FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: Width: 75.25” / 191 cm. Depth: 29.25” / 74 cm approximately.
