Wellness Sessions with Candice incorporate herbal medicine, shamanic healing, astrology, psychology, adventure, self reliance, and nature based therapy to help you find clarity and create solutions to the challenges currently presenting in your life. The goal of wellness sessions is to facilitate integration of (and therefore healing from) your life experiences, including physical and mental illness, trauma, grief, self sabotage, behavioral patterns, and feelings of being stuck, lost, directionless, or without purpose. Integration of your experiences will encourage reconnection on a deep level with yourself, in such a way that you remember YOU are your own best healer, and you already have all of the answers within. Candice specializes in creating customized wellness plans and continued support in the following areas: Fertility & Reproductive Health Sexuality & Relationships Behavioral Change Trauma Recovery Mental/EmotionalHealth Issues (Especially Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Executive Function Issues, & Borderline Personality Disorder) Chronic Skin Conditions Autoimmune Disease + Chronic Fatigue Sleep Disturbance Apathy, Purposelessness, Indecision, Self Sabotage Every session is different, with much emphasis on acceptance, how you process life, and the degree to which you express your YOU-NESS in the world. We will discuss your physical, mental, and emotional health, spiritual life, health history, eating habits, relationships, work, and connection to nature. Depending on the nature of your visit, drinking tea, sitting in nature, shamanic journeying, smudging, or other practices could be involved in your session. Please Read BEFORE Booking: ***You will receive an email about scheduling after checkout.***A 2 hour session is required for all new clients. Established clients can choose between 1 and 2 hour sessions when booking. Payment is due at the time of scheduling for all new clients. If you are unable o make your scheduled session time, please provide 24 hours notice to reschedule. No refunds will be provided for missed or canceled appointments with less than 24 hours notice.
