In this educational workshop you'll hand-churn your own fresh butter from scratch using local farmers cream from Cwm Dairy Farm, seasoned with Halon Mon sea salt flakes, bake a traditional white loaf, then use the leftover buttermilk, not a drop wasted, to make a classic soda bread. It's a beautifully connected, nose-to-tail approach to baking that celebrates Welsh food traditions and gives you a real understanding of where your ingredients come from and no waste!!
