Numerous solo exhibitions in many different countries. Erwin Wurm’s unforgettably witty works have attracted a large circle of admirers from all over the world. It is virtually impossible to resist his subversive ideas, and in perusing his books one inevitably has the irresistible urge to follow his example—by reenacting scenes from his One Minute Sculptures or putting on every item of clothing in the closet at the same time, for instance.
