The coffee cherries are picked and pulped and then air-dried on African style raised beds. The Fazenda Pântano farm is certified by the Rainforest Alliance, supports a local school and also funds various training schemes for its staff.These coffee beans are infused in Wester rum to create a deep, complex coffee flavour with notes of caramel and a praline nuttiness.
