BLACK LABEL Our next step was improving the blender element of the whiskey. It's common practice to use Corn Grain (GNS) or Sugarcane rum to fill in the 75%-80% of the spirit's con tent. We went a step further and decided to oak our Corn Grain and age it similar to traditional whiskey, but with an accelerated process using oak cubes / staves. This resulted in a very whiskey flavor that outshines other blended whiskeys. Finally a few other industry secret processes are added to round out the pallet and give weight to the product.
