Wetsuit & Booties Rental (available as a session or lesson add-on only, not to take away) Rental Policy Rental gear is limited. If you plan on using our gear you must reserve it in advance. A WETSUIT AND BOOTIES ARE REQUIRED for all riders and are available for rent or purchase at the Center. Kite rentals may only be used under NY Kite Center۪s supervisIon on the Great South Bay. To rent gear, a credit card must be provided. Riders are responsible for lost or stolen items and for any damage to gear beyond normal wear and tear. In the event an item is not returned to NY Kite Center because it has been lost or stolen, the full retail price will be charged to the supplied credit card. Rentals and rental packages are valid up to one year from date of purchase. The full cost of a day of gear rental can be applied toward purchase of new or used gear IF PURCHASED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RENTAL USE. Some restrictIons may apply. For example, cost of a rental kite will be applied toward kite purchase only, not toward purchase of any other type of gear. Any un-used, un-expired rental credit is redeemable for store credit in the amount paid minus the amount used.
