Wheatley Vodka is small batch, using Master Distiller Harlen Wheatley’s one-of-a-kind micro-still. It’s distilled an unbelievable 10 times and triple filtered. Harlem knew wheat pr ovides a fine, balanced flavor, so as he set out to make a premium vodka, he included wheat in the recipe. The wheat is cooked, fermented and distilled seven times before it’s combined with the other grains recipe and distilled three more times.
