This class is ideal for folks with zero experience who want to try the wheel to see if they like it before taking on a four week class to learn all the tricks. The wheel can be a tricky one to learn so you're unlikely to master it in just one session - but damn you'll have fun in the process! This session includes approximately 15 minutes of studio introduction, 90 minutes of wheel time and 15 for cleaning up your wheel at the end of your class. This class is held at our Taren Point studio. What's included: - Use of equipment - Glazes - Firing of one final item made during class (extra items can be finished for $15 per a piece) What to bring: - Old clothes you don’t love and shoes you don’t mind getting a little dirty - A light beverage or two and any cups you may need to consume them. Class sizes are strictly limited (sorry, you must be over 10 years and over to attend) Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Our classes do have a minimum number of sign ups required to run the class. In the rare event that a class doesn't have enough students enrolled, we will have to cancel and reschedule your booking.
