The private pottery lessons are slow, attentive encounters with clay. Each session is tailored to the individual, emphasizing process, material understanding, and thoughtful making over predetermined outcomes. A private, one-on-one wheel-throwing session, focused on building foundational skills. Suitable for beginners and intermediate. Clay and bisque firing are included. Each participant may keep up to two small to medium-sized pieces. Work will dry for approximately two weeks before being bisque-fired; you’ll be notified when your pieces are ready for pickup.
