The rollers make it easier to sustain momentum on the roller. Whilst they require slightly more effort to get moving, they act like a fly-wheel for the rest of the session, so you can maintain a cardio training session with reduced muscle strain. This makes them ideal for winter training and low-HR endurance. Roller Weights are available in 1kg, 2kg or 3kg weights, and are easy to add and remove without changing the set-up of the rollers.
