About Franklin: Franklin is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi who lives in Northern California with his person, Melissa. When Franklin isn't spending time thinking of new places to hide, he enjoys going on day or overnight trips to the great outdoors, terrorizing his toys, causing a ruckus with his feline siblings, FRAPing, and doing the other numerous things a Corgi is apt to do. About Queen's Best Stumpy Dog Rescue: QBSDR is a rescue that saves special needs corgis and corgi mixes from California. They put great emphasis on rehabilitating their dogs medically and managing their behaviors through training, while getting to know their needs and quirks in order to find them the right home.
