Oystercatcher, made from lost black and white fishing rope. His eye, beak and feet were a washed up orange bucket. He stands next to plastic 'pebbles' that have been collected from my local beach. They are a type of plastiglomerate, melted plastic that has been tumbled to look like a pebble. All these items have been found on the strandlines of my local Cornish beaches. The bird measures almost 15cm high. Totally original. It will be placed in a white box frame with a glass front to protect it measuring 27x27cm. It will hang on your wall or stand independently. . Please note that it has been signed by me discreetly beside the pebbles. . This is the perfect conversation starter, an ideal present for ocean lovers, eco-warriors, surfers and students. . All my art is made from plastic that I find on my beautiful beaches and I create them in my workshop in my Cornish cottage. . I make a donation to The Cornwall Seal Group Research Trust to help with the valuable work they do to help seals and preserve their environment🦭 🌊 My packaging includes recycled/reused cardboard, brown paper and paper tape. Reused bubble wrap and shock absorbing material will be used if travelling to US. It will come with a hand written note from me on one of my printed post cards. PLEASE NOTE PRICE INCLUDES POSTAGE
