This ain't roast fat. Our beef tallow is highly refined and whipped until the emollients become light and separated. We then add apricot seed oil, cocoa oil and other natural eleme nts to enhance the properties of the tallow. The aroma of our tallow is more palatable and the consistency is light and whipped.
