Born in Perth, Whipper Snapper Distillery set out to craft an Australian bourbon-style whisky with its own distinctive flair. Upshot is made using a mash bill of corn, wheat and ma lted barley, and distilled in copper pot stills before being aged in new American oak barrels under the intense Western Australian climate.
