Sam Gabrielli's riff on the Knickerbocker. Big orange + raspberry flavors with nice sour-grain notes form the bourbon. We'd actually recommend a younger spirit here - something mor e tannic and less round. Ingredients: ½ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup 2 oz bourbon ¾ oz lemon juice ½ oz orange liqueur 1 dash aromatic bitters Instructions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker Add ice and shake for 10 seconds Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice Glass: rocks Garnish: raspberries + lemon wheel Photo: Caer Maiko Ferguson Show more
