The Akkeshi Kanro is the first release in the distillery’s new “24 Solar Terms” lineup. 24 solar terms are the names that represent the seasons by dividing the year into 24 equal p arts, such as the beginning of spring and the summer solstice. Kanro is "17" of 24 solar terms. A peated malt whisky that was matured in a combination of bourbon, sherry, mizunara and wine casks.
