Crafted using continuous distillation methods in the Barossa Valley to produce a triple distilled Australian single malt whisky made from South Australia’s finest malted barley. Th en finished at Twelve and a Half Acres in a classic aged old Pedro Ximenez barrel from Spain to produce rich flavours of dried fruit, vanilla, caramel and subtle spice.
