Four year Quebec single grain, triple cask finished. Whisky No.2 is the second release in CIRKA’s small batch whisky series. This four year single grain whisky is made from 100 percent local Quebec corn, matured in new American white oak and finished in a combination of ex rye and Sauternes casks. Bottled at 48 percent, with no added colour and no chill filtration, it is a bold, precise expression of how far a carefully matured corn whisky can go in both texture and complexity. 48 percent alc./vol. 750 ML Style: Four year single grain whisky, triple cask Base: 100 percent local Quebec corn Casks: New American white oak, finished in ex rye and Sauternes casks Filtration and colour: Non chill filtered, no added colour Nose: Dry, with hints of caramelized banana, complemented by subtle tobacco and leather notes.
