Four year Quebec single grain, triple cask finished. Whisky No.2 is the second release in CIRKA’s small batch whisky series. This four year single grain whisky is made from 100 per cent local Quebec corn, matured in new American white oak and finished in a combination of ex rye and Sauternes casks.
